To navigate the current rates for closing costs table, there are two columns to look at:
1. Insurance Amount: Based on sales price ($)
2. Rate ($)
To find the rate for the real estate you are selling:
1. Search for the price you are selling the house at (which is under the Insurance Amount column)
2. Look at Rate column to the right of the selling price you have chosen
